Warminster Township Supervisors have declared a State of Emergency starting September 25 through September 28th in preparation of the Papal visit. By declaring a State of Emergency it allows the Warminster Township Emergency Management Office to make preparations for the anticipated large volume of cars that will be traveling through Warminster Township. It also sets the ground work for possible reimbursement if money becomes available. It is recommended that this be treated like a weather event.
