Hartsville Firefighters Train For Water Rescues

22 members of the Hartsville Fire Company complete their last night of WRER training before they finish the program with a day on the Delware River this Sunday. Members have been taking the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's Water Rescue an Emergency Response.
