Members Battle a Dwelling Fire in Hartsville's area!

Hartsville Fire Co. was dispatched February 7th 2014 at 19:24 on Tactical box 93-33 for a dwelling. Bucks County Emergency Communications received several calls reporting a house fire at Anthony Wayne Dr. and Fitch Pl.

Deputy 93 arrived on scene with two story split level dwelling & fire showing B/C corner. The fire vented out a side window and extended into the attic. SQ93 was ordered to drop from the hydrant and stretch 1 ¾” hand lines inside, E93 picked up SQ93’s hydrant. Deputy 93 set up ANTHONY WAYNE COMMAND and instructed Battalion 92 to take interior. All hands were in service and Montgomery County Ladder 15 took the RIT team assignment. The incident was placed under control by command at 20:27 hrs.

Crews remained on scene for extensive overhaul and assisted FM274 with his investigation. Bucks County’s MCI-115 was on scene with a warming station for personnel operating on the fire ground. There were no injuries reported.
Hartsville Fire Co was assisted by Warminster Fire Dept., Warwick Fire Co., Ivyland Fire co. and Horsham Fire Co. also on scene was Warminster Police and Warminster Ambulance.
