The Hartsville Volunteer Fire Company #1 is accepting applications for an Lessee/Operator for the swim club Located at 1150 Stub Road, Warminster/Hartsville, Pa.
The property consist of 2.8 acres and has two pools. The main pool is a 25 meter "L" shaped pool with an attached diving well. The kiddie pool is 26 feet in diameter and is approximately 1-1/2 feet deep. Both pools are kept clean and sanitary by the state of the art filtration and chlorinating systems.
The club has many areas to enjoy the sun, or relax in the shade. There is also a large playground area, a large pavilion area and a Snack Bar.
The bath house features large carpeted locker rooms, with special drip through flooring in the shower and booth areas.
