Hartsville Fire Company would like to congratulate Firefighter Tim Goldberg. Tim is on active duty with the United States Army. This week Chief of Staff of the Army General James McConville visited the base Tim is stationed. During his visit General McConville met Tim and gave him a field promotion to the rank of Specialist. Following his announcement he had Tim contact his father via FaceTime so the General could tell the news himself. Congratulations Tim.
