Just after 9am on Thursday March 24, Warminster, Hartsville, and various mutual aid companies were dispatched to 1400 block of Buttonwood Lane for a reported house fire. PD arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire of a two story dwelling. Chief 93 (McDonald) arrived and established command. Crews from Warrington, Horsham, Warminster, Hartsville Squirt 93(Capt. Moritz, Jr.) Special Service 93 (FF K. Mullelly), and many additional mutual aid trucks arrived and extinguished the fire. Crews worked for hours to overhaul the badly damaged home and ensure all hot-spots were extinguished. The Warminster Township Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
