Hartsville Fire Co. held it's annual fire prevention/open house on Tuesday night during fire prevention week October 4th - 10th. This year the NFPA (National Fire Prevention Association) announced the theme would be "Hear the beep where you sleep: every bedroom needs a working smoke alarm". Fire Company members welcomed the community with different fire prevention stations.

Warminster Ambulance had a squad on hand to go over what happens in the back of an ambulance and Bucks County 911 Communications Center also had their command post on hand to show the public how a command post is set up.
Hot dogs, pretzels & drinks were available for all attendees.
