This morning at 0800 our 1998 Pierce was taken out of service. Members were on station to transfer hose and equipment to our new 2018 Pierce Saber. Our new engine 93 was delivered earlier this month. Members have been training on the new engine since its arrival, and will continue to train for another week or so. The new engine is expected to go into service in a few more days after some final pieces of equipment are mounted. Old engine 93 has been sold. New engine 93 is expected to serve Warminster and surrounding communities for at least the next twenty years.
