Happy Birthday and Congratulations Al Outland! Today is Al's birthday and also his last day responding to fire calls after an outstanding fire service career. Al has been volunteering at Hartsville for the last 30 years! He has served in various officer and engineering positions throughout his tenure. Additionally, Al has been amongst our top responders over the last few years. Prior to all of this, Al volunteered with the Horsham Fire Company for 20 years. Al also retired as an Assistant Fire Chief at the Willow Grove Naval Air Station. Words cannot express our profound gratitude for your dedicated service to the fire service and communities.
